Staying at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location near the Egypt museum and the Nile in the heart of the city was convenient. However, the rooms were not in the best condition as they were not clean and had persistent issues with flies and mosquitoes. The service provided by Mister Rafiq was exceptional, but there were some areas that needed improvement. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with room for enhancement in the menu variety. In terms of value for money, some aspects fell short of expectations while others were satisfactory.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, near key attractions, but the room cleanliness and noise levels were major drawbacks. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay more pleasant.
